Homes for Rent or Purchase Program

Doing What’s Needed

MGP acquires and restores single and multifamily homes to its original glory and offers the properties to qualified low to moderate income earners for rent at affordable rates. MGP also offers long-term options to purchase selected properties. The Home Lease Options Program provides a pathway to affordable home ownership for its participants that are actively taking
action to improve their credit and financial portfolio.

We see every challenge as an opportunity, and this initiative helps us ensure that our neighbors are better prepared to manage the unique situations they find themselves facing. We are invested in an innovative approach that empowers our community and delivers the support they need, when they need it.

MGP joins our in their fight for financial literacy. MGP provides financial education, housing and financial counseling, and the tools and resources needed. Services include credit counseling, debt management, and consultation on foreclosure mitigation free of charge. MGP prides itself for the use of accredited and experienced, licensed professionals to provide these services not otherwise affordable to its program participants.

MGP through its housing renovation projects offers on-the-job training, volunteer, and internship opportunities to the community.

Horsemanship/Riding Lesson Program

Making a Difference

Through our Support Services, MGP has the power to enact tangible and positive change within the community. This remains a cornerstone of our mission, yielding significant successes for our nonprofit organization.

To uplift the disadvantaged community, MGP and its partners offer access to horsemanship/riding lessons. We extend invitations to individuals to engage in special group sessions, fostering interactions with animals and connecting them with certified professionals in related services.

Investing in Our Community

MGP fosters community engagement, encouraging all to participate in elevating the community to a standard cherished by all residents.
