Homes for Rent or Purchase
Doing What’s Needed
MGP acquires and restores single and multifamily homes to its original glory and offers the properties to qualified low to moderate income earners for rent at affordable rates. MGP offers short and long-term options to purchase selected properties. The Home Lease Options Program provides a pathway to affordable home ownership for its participants that are actively taking
action to improve their credit and financial portfolio.

We see every challenge as an opportunity, and this initiative helps us ensure that our neighbors are better prepared to manage the unique situations they find themselves facing. We are invested in an innovative approach that empowers our community and delivers the support they need, when they need it.
MGP joins our in their fight for financial literacy. MGP provides financial education, housing and financial counseling, and the tools and resources needed. Services include credit counseling, debt management, and consultation on foreclosure mitigation free of charge. MGP prides itself for the use of accredited and experienced, licensed professionals to provide these services not otherwise affordable to its program participants.
Horse Riding Lesson Program
Making a Difference
Through our Support Services, we have the potential to make a real and positive change in the community. This is one of our key areas of focus here at MGP, and a source of much success for our Non-Profit Organization.
To support the disadvantage community, MGP provides horse riding lessons to help assist members in the community. MGP through its partnerships, hosts invitations for the community to participate in special group sessions to interact with animals and to connect with certified professional.
